Creatively Reimagined Return & Exchange Policy

At Creatively Reimagined, we want you to love your purchase. We gladly accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of the shipping date.

Please note: We do not accept exchanges or returns on custom orders, sale items, or mystery packages. All custom items are final sale.

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your package so we can work with you to resolve it.

EXCHANGES

  • Exchange items must be received in their original, unworn, and unused condition.
  • All exchanges must be submitted by the purchaser or gift recipient.

How to exchange an item:

  1. Email us at info@creativelyreimagined.com to request an exchange form.
  2. Return the item(s) you wish to exchange to the address below.
  3. Exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged due to our error.
  4. Once your package is received, we’ll send your replacement item(s).

RETURNS

  • Return items must be received in their original, unworn, and unused condition.
  • Custom orders are not eligible for returns.

How to return an item:

  1. Email us at info@creativelyreimagined.com to request a return form.
  2. Return the item(s) along with the completed form to the address below.
  3. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged due to our error.
  4. Once we receive your return, a refund (minus the original shipping fees) will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original form of payment.

⚠️ Please note: We do not provide prepaid return labels. You may use the carrier of your choice. We strongly recommend obtaining a tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.

INCORRECT MAILING OR CONTACT INFORMATION

Please double-check your shipping and contact details when placing your order. Creatively Reimagined is not responsible for refunds or exchanges if incorrect information is provided. We ship to the address entered at checkout and cannot intercept packages once shipped. Any additional costs due to incorrect information must be covered by the customer.
